Can you help me with the 638 servo drive?

The Parker 638 servo drive as used by our Servo-Torq® Mk.3 rotary cutter was manufactured in two types: 1-phase & 3-phase.Three phase versions were used for the cutter servo drive & single phase for the caterpillar infeeders & haul-offs.
We are no longer able to offer a service to re-install the operating program into the 638 drive.
To will need do this yourself. You will need the Parker supplied EasyRider drive control software installed on a MS-Windows laptop computer.
A copy of the EasyRider software should be on the CD that came with the machine. If not, please contact us. We may be able to supply a copy.
You will also need a PC<>drive connection cable and the orginal machine software (Parameter file (WDD file type) & BIAS file (WBD file type)).
We retain copies of most specific machine software so we may be able to assist. If you need a copy of this software, please contact us with your serial number (XXXX). We will then check if we have anything available.
