Do you have any information on the 637 servo drive fitted to my cutter?
Yes, we have some 637 PDF documents available to download below.
The Eurotherm (later Parker SSD) 637 servo drive as used by our Servo-Torq® rotary cutter was manufactured in a number of types: 637, 637+ & 637F.
This drive was replaced by the 638 - see FAQ: http://www.gillardcutting.com/technical/faqs/parker-638-servo-drives
Please note that this 637 drive in no longer manufactured. Remaining stock levels are very low.
If you need to re-install the operating program into the 637 drive we may be able to help.
You will need the Eurotherm/Parker EasyRider drive control software installed on a MS-Windows laptop computer.
A copy of the EasyRider software should be on the CD that came with the machine; if not, please contact us.
You will also need a PC<>drive connection cable & the orginal machine software (Parameter file (WDD file type) & BIAS file (WBD file type)).
We aim to retain copies of all specific machine software. If you need a copy of this, please contact us with your serial number (XXXX).
