How do I maintain the Rota-Step pneumatic clutch/brake?

The Neuma-Torq^® range of rotary cutters were fitted with a Rota-Step^® pneumatic (air) clutch/brake unit.

Three sizes of clutch were used: ROTA 10, ROTA 12 & ROTA 15.
