How do I maintain the Easy-Step pneumatic (air) clutch/brake?

The Econo-Cut^® range of rotary cutters were fitted with a Easy-Step^® pneumatic (air) clutch/brake unit.

Two sizes of clutch were used: EASY2 & EASY 3.
