Traffic light beacon warning system

Fitting the traffic light beacon option makes it much easier to check out the machine status from a distance.

The standard traffic light beacon lamp status is as follows:

Fast flashing Red: Machine unsafe – Open safety guard or pressed emergency stop.
Slow flashing Red: Machine ready for safety reset.
Fast flashing Amber: Machine fault – Broken blade or jam sensor alarm (where fitted).
Slow flashing Amber: Scrap cutting in progress.
Flashing Green: Machine is ready to run.
Solid Green: Machine is running.
Flashing Blue: Batch count is nearing completion.
Solid Blue: Batch count is complete.

An audible alarm (buzzer) can also be added as required to highlight any key changes in machine status, such batch compete.
