Stainless steel frame upgrade

Our full stainless frame option for the Servo-Torq^® cutter range replaces the standard mild steel painted frame with the following alternatives:

Unpainted brushed dull polished in natural stainless finish.
Unpainted smooth polished in natural stainless finish.
Painted smooth stainless finish (RAL paint code required).

The unpainted stainless steel upgrade option is standard for food extrusion & GMP applications where high hygiene levels are critical. It is a popular option with all medical machines.

This option is also of growing popularity for other applications where reduced corrosion and easy clean features are of importance.

A stainless steel frame is particularly beneficial when there is a lot of water around from the cooling process. The lack of rust can extend the machine life considerably, as well as improving the looks of the equipment.
