Servo-Torq® Spiral-Cut™ Combination rotary cutters
Designed to cut right or left-handed spirals in plastic tubing
The Spiral-Cut™ version of our Servo-Torq® rotary cutter is designed to cut a right or left handed spiral along a length of plastic tube.
It is typically used to cut cable-wrap and similar types of product.
Tube outer diameters can range from 3 mm to 60 mm.
Most common semi-rigid plastics can be cut, including PE, PP and PA.
The Spiral-Cut™ machine includes an Accra-Feed™ twin belt caterpillar infeeder and a Servo-Torq® fly-knife rotary cutter to cut the finished tubes to length.
Options include blade lubrication and a pre-heater system (recommended for more rigid polymers and thicker wall tubes).
