S-3 Memory turret-stop assembly

A 6-postion stop for quick & easy setting the belt nip distance gap.

The memory turret-stop has a rotating six position assembly to make it easier to set the nip distance gap between the upper & lower caterpillar belts.

Each of the stops is fully adjustable, so that up to six nip distance settings can be saved.

The main advantage of this option is that it enables the belt distance gaps be quickly set from run-to-run. This allows the optimum belt nip to be configured for a range of extrusion sizes. The correct belt gap is usually vital in obtaining the optimum cut length accuracy & extrusion consistancy.

Although used mainly with our S-1 air boom option, the turret-stop assembly can also be fitted to machines using the standard hand-wheel belt adjustment system.
