Super-hard finish ideal for medical cutters
Our clear anodized cutter head is available as an option on all our medical tube cutters.
The standard aluminium cutter block is clear anodized to provide a super hard surface. This finish is ideal where alcohol based blade lubricants (such as Isopropyl Alcohol) are being used.
The blade lubrication chamber inside the cutter block is also reduced in size; less than one litre of liquid is required. This significantly reduces the fire risk.
Stainless steel cutter blocks are also available as an option for food & medical clean-room grade cutting machines.
