Twin HD coiler - Horizontal format - Servo traverse
Our Model 504-2HD-S twin-head coiler is designed for heavier extrusions and coil outer diameter sizes of 1000 mm maximum.
The coiling speed is adjusted by either a dancer arm (standard) or a sonar loop control system (optional).
Servo traverse control is provided for precise layering & higher speed coiling.
A Siemens 7" (177.8 mm) colour touch-screen is standard so all parameters can be easily controlled and recalled from memory.
Full safety guarding is also standard.
