That's where our heavy-duty Servo-Torq rotary cutters really come into their own. Their fly-knife rotary blade action can handle all types of uncured Silicone & Viton rubbers.
Our special knife blade technology give an extended life even when cutting the most tightly knitted sleeve of Kevlar reinforcement. It can also handle any stickiness from the Silicone material.
All machines are designed for a tough 24/7 working environment where high temperatures are combined with the use of release agents.
Hose diameters of up to 150 mm are possible, with high cut length accuracies to a CpK > 1.67.
