That's where our heavy-duty Servo-Torq rotary cutters really come into their own. Their fly-knife rotary blade action can handle all types of cured & uncured rubber, including EPDM & Vamac.
Our special knife blade technology give an extended life even when cutting the most tightly knitted sleeve of Kevlar reinforcement.
All machines are designed for a tough 24/7 working environment where high temperatures are combined with the use of anti-tack solutions.
Hose diameters of up to 150 mm are possible, with high cut length accuracies to a CpK > 1.67.
