Metal reinforced sealing profiles
Two types of Metal-Cut circular blade cutter are available for cutting metal reinforced rubber & plastic sealing profiles; a moving-head machine for rigid profiles & a fixed-head unit for flexible extrusions.
In both cases a sealed AC servo motor driven guillotine-slide drives the circular knife blade down into the extruded product. With a motor speed of up to 6,000 RPM, an excellent cut quality & squareness is guaranteed.
An atomizer spray blade lubrication system is standard. The machine is finished in suitable non-ferrous materials for a long operating life.
The moving-head Metal-Cut machine uses an AC servo motor powered linear slide for carriage travel at extrusion linespeed.
