Low tension coiling of medical tubing
Our servo coiling machines are ideal for low tension winding of all types of medical tubing.
Their compact foot-print is helpful in a clean-room where space can be limited. The twin-head coilers are available in both horizontal & vertical format.
The traverse assembly is controlled by an AC servo motor/drive system. This allows for a very fine layering of the tube onto the coil head. The adjustable laying arms are mounted onto the traverse assembly. A colour touch-screen control panel is standard.
A key feature of the servo coilers is the ability to wind tube at a very low tension. This is of value when coiling delicate, small diameter, tube.
