Cuffed medical respirator tubing
By using the latest in digital camera technology we can offer a fast & highly accurate Servo-Torq cutting system for medical respirator tubing.
The digital camera takes a continuous image of the tube as it passes by at normal extrusion line speed. A high intensity LED array provides a powerful back-light to create a sharp silhouette of the cuff, vital for accuracy. The exact cut point is determined off-line using the Windows software provided.
Precise cutting on the cuff is guaranteed, even at higher speeds. A number of different cut lengths can be handled per corrugation chain, along with several scrap cut lengths.
The Servo-Torq cutting machine is finished to the highest medical standards ready for clean-room use.
